Ozarks Vitality prioritizes prompt, safe and dependable of high-quality research materials. This Shipping/Terms Policy details our order fulfillment process, preferred carrier, packaging standards, and important terms.

By accessing or purchasing from Ozarks Vitality, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products

Product Use Reminder:

All products sold by Ozarks Vitality & Wellness Co. LLC are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are not intended for human use, medical treatment, or any therapeutic application. Placing an order confirms your agreement to use these products exclusively in lawful, controlled research enviroments.

Orders & Fulfillment:

Orders placed and paid before 2PM CST ship the same day via UPS

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion

Payments:

Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways

We do not store full credit card information

All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Privacy & Data:

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order or comply with legal obligations.

Ozarks Vitality Shipping Policy

Ozarks Vitality is committed to fast, secure delivery of research-grade materials. This Shipping Policy outlines our fulfillment process, carriers, and terms.

Our Shipping Carrier:

We partner exclusively with UPS for consistent, traceable shipping. All shipments are temperature-stable throughout transit.

Order Processing:

Orders received and paid before 2PM CST are processed and shipped on the same business day.

Orders received and paid after 2PM CST will ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 4:30PM CST will be invoiced the following morning.

We do not ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Packaging Standards:

Each item is individually secured in a bubble-wrapped, protective inner pouch.

The outer shipping package is plain, nondescript, and fully compliant with carrier regulations for discretion and safety.

Shipping Destinations:

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States. International orders are not supported.

Tracking & Estimated Delivery:

Once you orders leaves our facility, you will be receive a UPS tracking number by email

Transit times depend on your location and typically range from 1–5 business days
